河南省高校竞技体育发展现状分析与思考

【摘要】运用文献资料法、访谈调研法、对比分析法对河南省代表团在近三届全国大学生运动会上所取得的成绩及优势项目进行分析，全面了解河南省高校竞技体育发展现状，提出河南省高校竞技体育运动在培养管理机制、后备人才培养网络、教练员水平等方面存在的问题，并提出一些相应的对策，为我省高校竞技体育的良性发展提供理论依据，为其整体水平的提高献计献策，促进高校竞技体育的良性发展。

Analysis and Thinking on the Present Situation of Competitive Sports Development in Henan Colleges and Universities

【Abstract】With the methods of documentary, interview investigation and comparative analysis, this paper analyzes of Henan delegations achievements and advantage on nearly three sessions of the universiade so as to comprehensively understand the current situation of competitive sports development in Henan colleges and universities. It puts forward that the problems of competitive sports in Henan colleges and universities exist in training management mechanism, reserve personnel training network and the level of coaches. It puts forward some corresponding countermeasures to provide theoretical basis for the healthy development of competitive sports in colleges and universities in our province, for the improvement of overall level and promoting healthy development of competitive sports in colleges and universities.

1研究目的

随着经济和社会的发展体育已逐渐融入人们的生活当中，特别是竞技体育令人振奋。2008年北京奥运会之后，我国在世界树立了体育强国的地位，由此掀起了一番“体育热潮”，这对高校体育发展提供了很好的外部环境。高校竞技体育属于学校体育的重要组成部分，它的发展丰富了大学生体育文化生活，对大学生课余体育锻炼发挥着积极的引导和激励作用，它是多元化培养竞技体育后备人才的重要途径之一，对推动我国竞技体育可持续发展有重要的战略意义〔1〕。河南省高校竞技体育从1982年参加第一届全国大学生运动会开始至今已经历了30多年的历程。河南省是我国较早被批示试办高校竞技体育运动的省份，经过了几十年的试办过程，1988年首次在河南大学组建篮球高水平队伍，随后在郑州大学、河南师范大学等六所院校组建其他项目高水平队伍，并取得了一定的成绩。高校竞技体育在其发展的过程中存在一些问题和不足，尤其是体制和管理上的一些弊端逐渐显露，影响了我省高校竞技体育的长期发展。本课题旨在全面了解河南省高校竞技体育发展现状，找出高校竞技体育发展中存在的问题，并针对性地提出措施，为我省高校竞技体育发展和整体水平的提高献计献策，为河南省高校竞技体育发展提供理论依据。
