病人：好的，可我很害怕分娩这一刻的到来。分娩的时候会很疼吗？

护士：一开始，子宫收缩、子宫颈扩张的时候会感到疼一点。应对疼痛的方法是首先自己要树立分娩信心，听从助产士的指导，阵痛间隙要充分休息以保持体力。如果您还是不能忍受疼痛的话，我们医院有一种镇痛分娩的方法，可以减轻您的疼痛。

病人：是吗？这种方法对宝宝会有影响吗？

护士：我们医院已经做过很多例数，一般情况下是没有影响的。在镇痛分娩的过程中，助产士会一直守候在您的身边，用监护仪对母亲、胎儿的情况进行持续监护。如发现异常，医生会及时采取措施的。

病人：噢，那等我先生来了，我们可以商量一下考虑用镇痛分娩。

护士：好的，等决定了告诉我，我会帮您与助产士联系的。小王，这几天您要多注意休息，加强营养，注意个人卫生，保持会阴清洁，勤换内裤，注意胎动变化。您会数胎动吗？

Patient：Is that so？Will the anesthesia have any adverse effects on my baby？
