基于SOA的电子政务系统架构及关键技术研究

摘要：电子政务已成为我国政府信息化建设的重要组成部分并取得了很大的发展。然而，由于缺少统一的规范和标准对电子政务系统进行规划与系统架构，使当今的电子政务存在安全隐患与信息孤岛等种种局限性。该文提出了采用SOA架构建设电子政务系统的建设方案及实现系统的关键技术，并对此展开了深入的研究。
