Jenni Hartatik Tan was recently appointed as executive assistant manager of Revenue and Marketing of Swissôtel Beijing.

Jenni brings with her more than 18 years of hospitality and sales experience and has worked for different hotel chains such as Hotel Inter-Continental, The Ritz-Carlton,Sheraton, Four Seasons and Grand Hyatt around the world.

Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group recently announced that it has signed an agreement to manage a new, luxury hotel currently under construction in Pudong, Shanghai. The hotel is scheduled to open in 2013.

YUE restaurant at City Garden Hotel won the Gold with Distinction Award in the Seafood--Fish,Prawn, Crab Category with the spectacular dish Seared Garoupa Fillet stuffed with Fish Maw in Truf fl e Sauce and Layered Custard at Hong Kong Tourism Board’s Best of the Best (BOB) Culinary Awards 2010.

The grand award granting ceremony was held on October 8, at Centara Hotel, Bangkok, Thailand.
