扑克牌的英文表达

很多人都喜爱法国人吕克·贝松的电影《这个杀手不太冷》（Leon-The professional），想必也会被其片尾曲"The shape of my heart"所吸引，"The shape of my heart"由英国歌手Sting演绎，歌曲旋律凄美，节奏明快，歌词含蓄又一语双关，很有英伦传统特色。

这里我们先不谈这歌词的含义，只是选取一段，看看英语中扑克牌里的“黑桃”、“梅花”、“方片”和“红桃”以及"J.Q.K"怎么说。
