聚焦生命之重

2008年3月29日,德钦县奔子栏卫生院，阿追刚出生4天的孩子躺在医院的病床上，等待检查。这个孩子是3月25日凌晨两点，阿追在家中生下的。3月29日上午，阿追与妈妈带着孩子如约来到医院打预防针。

《生命之重》这组图片故事拍摄于2005年3月到2005年8月，在近半年的时间里，作者分别采访云南玉龙、重庆黔江、宁夏隆德、福建政和和屏南。采访都围绕同一主题——农村孕产妇的生存状况。

在农村许多地方，妇保人员无法推算出妇女的预产期，因为妇保人员询问她们末次月经时，往往会得到这样的回答“种玉米那天”，“收土豆那天”……采访中还听过这样的事，如果一个妇女难产需要抢救，可能要花数千元的话，她的夫家人可能会选择放弃，因为新娶一个女人回家费用会更低。

2008年3月至4月，记者受中国扶贫基金会委托，再次在云南省迪庆藏族自治州德钦县开展专题拍摄，与三年前相似的场景又一幕幕涌现：因大雪封路被迫在家分娩的妇女，汉族医生在藏区默默奉献……

出于对执着生命的敬畏，出于对美丽生命的感动，我为这组摄影专题取名《生命之重》，同时希望通过这组报道为变化中的农村尽微薄之力。

2008年3月17日，尼玛拉木带着刚出生一天的孩子回到家中。这是21岁的她第二次做母亲，两年前她的第一个孩子在家中降生，但没有存活。两年后，为了谨慎起见，她提前一个月就到医院住院待产。

March 17, 2008, Ni Ma La Mu returned home with her new-born. Two years ago, her first child born at home, but not survive. Therefore, she went to hospital one month in advance this time. 2008年3月30日，4岁半的兄奴此里趴在家中的楼梯上等奶奶回家。兄奴此里的妈妈在家中生他时大出血而去世，他现在跟着奶奶过。

March 30, 2008, Xiong Nu Ci Li, four and a half years old boy, lay on the floor waiting for her grandmother. His mother died four years ago. 2008年3月17日，出院后的尼玛拉木和孩子在家中休养，她的妈妈在一旁照顾。孩子的出生给全家带来了很多快乐。

2005年4月3日，由于家中无法找到一块好布，云南省玉龙纳西族自治县石头乡龙石化村民赵亮梅产下的男婴被包在20多块碎布拼成的襁褓中。

April 3rd, 2005, Zhao Liangmei, a villager from Long Shi Hua Village, Yu Long Naxi Autonomous County, Yun Nan Province gave birth to a baby boy. As the parents can not find a piece of good cloth, the baby was wrapped in a swaddle，which was made of more than 20 pieces of small rags.

2008年4月1日,德钦县霞若乡粗卡通村,送医下村的医生给孩子们做体检，小孩不愿意站在台秤上，他的母亲只好抱着他一起称，然后单独再称一次，减去自己体重后再获得小孩的体重。

2008年3月25日凌晨2点11分，云南省德钦县奔子栏镇书松村通堆水小组,21岁阿追在家中生下了自己的第一个孩子，当地医生上门为她接生，母子平安。

2008年3月28日，次里次木出院，奶奶抱着重孙女走在前面，次里次木骑在马上，爷爷在后面牵马驮着次里次木这次住院的行李。按照当地风俗，刚出生的孩子不能上马，要一直抱着走。3月18日上午，次里次木在德钦县奔子栏卫生院剖腹产生下了自己的孩子，这是该医院第一次独立完成的剖腹产手术。

March 28, 2008, Ci Li Ci Mu rode the horse and returned home after Caesarean birth, which is the first Caesarean birth in the local hospital.the new-born was held by the grandmother in front of Ci. According to the local custom, the new-born must be held and was not permitted on the horse. 2008年4月1日，德钦县霞若乡粗卡通村，前来听“妇幼保健知识”宣传的50名妇女中，只有前面的一位是住院分娩的，其他的都是在家分娩。

Arpil 1, 2008. Cu Ka Tong Village, Xia Ruo Town, De Qin County. About 50 women gathered to study the health information. Only one of them was delivered her baby in the hospital.
