1. The completion of the WaterCube

On January 28th, 2008, after theconstruction of over four years, one ofthe symbolic architectures of BeijingOlympic-National Center of Swimming(The Water Cube) was completed andhas been put into use. During the periodfrom 31st of January to 5th of February,the first testing game was held in the Wa-ter Cube-China Swim Open, 2008.
