我国出口企业应对ＲＥＡＣＨ法规的措施初探

摘要：欧盟化学品监管体系《关于化学品注册、评估、许可和限制法案》(简称REACH法规)已于2007年6月1日正式生效，对我国相关企业的产品出口带来很大影响。我国企业应认真研究和全面了解该法规的内容，确定本企业生产的产品是否属于该法规的管理范围。
