《上海精神医学》杂志创办于1959年，1989年正式公开发行，是国内第一本精神科专业的学术期刊。《上海精神医学》面向全国精神卫生工作者，着重报道精神医学领域的临床研究成果、实用经验及相关领域的最新知识。现任总编为肖泽萍教授，主编王祖承教授，主要栏目有：论著、病例报告、综述、临床病例讨论、争鸣与讨论、临床经验笔谈等。《上海精神医学》的宗旨是：立足临床、求新求精。
