申孝贤：Birthday Party

Today is my birthday.

I am too excited to sleep for a long time.

So I get up early. I see a big cake on the table.

I call my friends and invite them to my party.

After a while， my friends are all here.

Then， my birthday party starts.

My mother turns off the lights. My father lights the candles. The candles are bright.

All my friends sing the birthday song to me.

李梓晨是按照时间先后顺序，介绍自己生日派对上的一些活动，例如收礼物、吃蛋糕、拍合影等；申孝贤对情绪的描写非常细腻，例如生日前的激动心情、烛光，以及关灯许愿的细节等。两位同学都表达出了对家人和朋友的感恩之情。
