The biggest personal change I’ve evermade is that I have formed the habit of gettingup early.
When I was a kid, I enjoyed staying uplate. Later on, my parents told me the benefits ofgetting up early. For example, I could breathefresh morning air. Besides, I could go walking orjogging and thus building a strong body. So Itried to get up early every day. Gradually, Ibegan to love it. Each time I get up early, I amin high spirits and full of energy. I’ll stick to it.
