A small river separates two good friends, and they cant see each other; what should they do? This book tells such a story. Two little squirrels, Dongdong and Xixi, live on the east and west banks of the river, respectively. They want to give each other sweet fruits and beautiful flowers, but the river traps them. In the days to come, passing turtles, giraffes, elephants, and bears will have all helped them, but these animals dont pass by here every day. When they are away, how will Dongdong and Xixi overcome their difficulties?
