俗话说，“小孩小孩你别馋，过了腊八就是年。”农历腊月初八，是中国传统节日——腊八节（Laba Festival）。“腊”代表中国农历的十二月，腊八粥（Laba porridge）是Laba Festival的“重头戏”。Sally和Jolly用Vlog记录了他们一家过Laba Festival的温暖生活，咱们一起去看看吧！

腊八粥也称“八宝粥”（Babao porridge），它由多种食材熬制而成，但各地食材搭配有所不同，主要有米（rice）、红豆（red beans）、莲子（lotus seeds）、枣子（dates）、花生（peanuts）等。

Sally和Jolly在超市挑选食材，想知道近处多个物品是什么时，可以问：“What are these？”询问较远的物品时，可以问：“What are those？”“these”和“those”指代复数的事物，回答都用“They are ...”或“Theyre ...”，意思是“它们是……”。

“Are these/those ...？”意为：“这些/那些是……吗？”它是一般疑问句，其答句用：“Yes， they are./No， they arent.”
