尺度与存量建筑

陈丹平

厘米制造创始人、主持建筑师陈丹平首先阐述了厘米对于建筑师的尺度概念意义，而制造不仅是中国制造，更是制图和建造甚至创作。通过对三个上世纪八九十年代广东沿海典型轻工业厂房的改造设计，充分的回应地域性的设计策略，认为在从增量时代到存量时代的大背景下，应当重新定义建筑功能，提供新的空间设计和问题解决方式。在SMOORE总部设计方案中，利用冲孔铝板折形的冲孔铝板将原建筑立面包裹起来，形成开放的公共场所和新的建筑界面以及形象。同时利用几种不同模数的窗框，打破了原有的呆板立面形象。在保留原有的一些窗洞和墙面的同时，采用拉丝铝网对设备管道空间进行包裹，形成新旧对比强烈的工业特色。

And manufacturing is not only ‘made in China’ but also drawing, constructing and even creating. In the reconstruction project of three typical light industry plants, which were built in 1980s and 1990s and laid in Guangdong coastal area, the strategies highly responded to the local. Then he put forward the point that in the stock-age context,we should redefine the concept of function, and then propose some new solutions for space and so on. In the SMOORE, the original elevations were wrapped in folded perforated aluminum panels, to formed some open public spaces and new architectural interfaces and images. Meanwhile several window frames with different modules were used to break the original rigid building image. What’s more, brushed aluminum mesh was used to wrap the equipment pipeline space while some original window holes and walls were reserved at the same time, which reflected a strong contrast between old and new as well as the industrial features.
