申请信是个人或集体向组织、机关、企、事业单位或社会团体表述愿望、提出请求时使用的一种文书表达形式。申请信的使用范围广泛，也是一种专用书信，它同一般书信一样，也是表情达意的工具。

申请信通常包括三部分内容：

1. 介绍自己，简要说明信息来源，并提出申请;

2. 突出自己特点，具体、详细地说明胜任理由;

3. 请求给予机会，期望尽快回复。

作文实例

假定你是李阳，从互联网上得知China Daily将在西安（Xian）举办冬令营，并且还邀请了十个留学生作为导师，欢迎全国各地学生参加。请写一封电子邮件申请参加。

内容主要包括：  1. 自我介绍（包括英语能力）

2. 参加意图（介绍中国、了解其他国家等）

3. 希望获得本次活动的参与资格。

注意： 1. 词数70左右;

2. 可以适当增加细节，以使行文连贯;

3. 邮件开头和结尾已写好。
