地下车库基坑支护降水方案设计

摘 要：本项目位于洛阳市宜阳县城红旗中路和人民路相交的东南角，基坑深度为10 m，基坑西侧、南侧、东南侧离建筑物较近，其余区域较空旷。水位降深为5.4 m，通过综合对比分析，临近建筑物区域采用桩锚支护方式，其余区域采用土钉墙支护方式，降水采用管井降水加明排。目前，该项目已施工回填完毕，监测指标满足规范要求，该设计方案安全、经济、合理，为以后类似环境条件的基坑支护降水提供了宝贵的经验。

Abstract： The project is located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Hongqi Middle Road and Renmin Road in Yiyang County， Luoyang City， the depth of the foundation pit is 10 m， the west， south， and southeast sides of the foundation pit are relatively close to buildings， and the rest of the area is relatively open. The water level drop is 5.4 m， through comprehensive comparative analysis， pile-anchor support is used in the adjacent building area， soil nail wall support is used in the rest of the area， and tube well precipitation plus open drainage is used for precipitation. At present， the construction and backfilling of the project has been completed， and the monitoring indicators meet the specification requirements， the design scheme is safe， economical and reasonable， and provides valuable experience for the support and precipitation of foundation pits under similar environmental conditions in the future.

本项目为两层地下车库，位于洛阳市宜阳县城红旗中路和人民路相交的东南角，交通便利。基坑南侧、西侧距离建筑物较近，其余区域较空旷，基坑西侧已建五层砌体结构，距离地库边线4.5 m左右;基坑北侧紧邻红旗中路人行道，道路荷载按35 kPa考虑;基坑南侧已建五层砌体结构，距离地库边线9.0 m左右，基坑东侧为绿化场地。该项目自然地面标高约为-0.7 m，坑底标高为-10.7 m，基坑深度为10 m，根据基坑深度及基坑周边环境，结合本地区类似工程经验[1]，临近建筑物区域采用复桩锚支护方式，其余区域采用土钉墙支护方式，降水采用管井降水加明排[2-4]。距坡顶1.5 m范围内禁止堆载，1.5 m外支护地面设计荷载为20 kPa，基坑周边建筑物每层荷载按15 kPa考虑[5-7]。本基坑边坡设计使用期限为12个月。

1 场地岩土工程性质

1.1 地形及地貌

拟建场地已拆迁，场地地形平坦，自然地面標高介于198.50～198.64 m，最大高差为0.14 m。场地地貌单元属于洛河I级阶地。

1.2 地层结构

场区地层表层为第四系冲洪积作用所形成的黄土状粉土和卵石层，下部为上第三系泥岩，地表为受人类活动影响所形成的填土层。地层土自上而下分述如下。

1.2.1 填土（[Q4ml]）。其呈杂色，主要由粉质黏土和建筑垃圾混杂而成，土质杂乱，均匀性差，层厚为1.20～2.50 m。

1.2.2 黄土状粉黏质土夹粉土（[Q42al+pl]）。其呈黄褐～褐黄色，可塑，具有针状孔隙和大孔隙，含炭末、钙质条纹。该层无摇振反应，干强度中等，韧性中等，稍有光泽。下部局部夹有薄层粉土。此层沉积时间短，结构及均匀性差，属新近堆积黄土。其属于中压缩性土，一般层厚为2.5～5.2 m，层顶标高介于196.14～197.31 m。

1.2.3 卵石（[Q4al+pl]）。卵石（[Q4al+pl]）有两类，下面逐一进行分析。

一是呈杂色，饱和，稍密～中密。岩性成分以石英砂岩、石英岩及少量火成岩、灰岩为主，颗粒呈亚圆形或次棱角状，一般粒径为2～7 cm，卵石含量约为60%，充填物多为圆砾、中粗砂及少量黏性土。卵石分选性一般，级配一般。层厚为0.5～1.60 m，层顶标高为191.10～194.32 m。

二是呈杂色，饱和，稍密。岩性成分以石英砂岩、石英岩及少量火成岩、灰岩为主，颗粒呈亚圆形或次棱角状，一般粒径为2～5 cm，卵石含量约为55%，充填物多为圆砾、中粗砂及少量黏性土。卵石分选性一般，级配一般。层厚约为0.90～1.8 m，层顶标高为192.30～192.92 m。
