The Journal of Human Rights (JHR)is a peer-reviewed bimonthly academic journal that was launched in 2002.It is published and supervised by theChina Society for Human Rights Studies, and edited by theInstitute for Human Rights at the China University of Political Science and Law.
Editorial policy:This journal seeks to promote the study of human rights in China, as well as promote dialogue and exchange on human rights between China and other countries around the world, while encouraging an interdisciplinary approach.It provides a forum for innovative theoretical and empirical work on human rights.It also touches on related areas such as law, sociology, history, economics, politics and philosophy, etc.
