The outbreak of COVID-19 in the spring of 2020 has once again issued a warning to the development of human society.With its superior socialist system,China has started an epidemic people’s war.As a professional force,Social work is not absent,social workers active in urban and rural communities,square hospitals,for the outbreak prevention and control input“positive energy.”And overall growth in epidemic prevention On February 23,General Secretary Xi Jinping said at a meeting on the overall promotion of the prevention and control of the COVID-19 outbreak and the deployment of economic and social development：We should give full play to the professional advantages of social work and support social workers,volunteers and volunteers to carry out psychological guidance,emotional support,security support and other services.”This is a full affirmation of social workers adherence to a professional stance and dogged fight against the outbreak.The fight against the outbreak of new coronary pneumonia is mainly in the“disease treatment”and“community prevention and control”two aspects,in theory,social work in which there is a vast number of professional space.However,due to the complexity and danger of the epidemic,the profession-al advantages of social work face many challenges:First,"disease treatment"on-site intervention restrictions,social workers are basically absent,even in the square cabin hospital professional intervention is shallow,why?In what capacity does a social worker"enter"?Moreover,under the mobilization of the masses with the orientation of control,how is the professionalism of social work expressed?To solve these problems,we all need professional social work to maintain a rational and sober.Therefore,the journal invited relevant experts and scholars on the"major epidemic prevention and control in how to play the professional advantages of social work"issue.

This discussion is not only the application of social work theory,but also a profound reflection on the construction of social work system.As for the professional advantages of social work in the epidemic,Professor Wang Sibin,in his article"Professional Feelings And Professional Rationality In Social Work To Play The Professional Advantage Sit In Social Crisis Events",stressed that the core is its self-help values,scientific and artistic work methods and rational and pragmatic service style,and its realization requires the promotion of professional feelings,Professional rationality and cross-disciplinary cooperation.In"Strengthening the System Construction and Giving full play to the Professional Advantages of Social Work in Anti-Epidemic Governance",Professor Guan Xinping stressed that social workers should help the government to strengthen emergency social mobilization,analyze the situation of research and judgment,do a good job of communication and coordination,psychological relief,and provide protection for special groups.Professor Wen Jun in"The Social Work in Epidemic Prevention and Control:Can and Can't Do"holds that the social work force should become the leading force of community prevention and control,but it is difficult to break through the very situational disaster restrictions,to scientifically and rationally choose the intervention space and intervention strategy.Dr.Yang Ming,professor To Deping,in his article"The Management of Negative Social Emotions in Major Outbreaks",believes that social workers carry out emotional guidance and support through information communication,rational guidance,professional services,social support,etc.Professor Chen Tao in“From the perspective of disaster social work in the prevention and control of the new crown epidemic in the professional advantages”from the perspective of disaster social work,the analysis that“disaster”intervention and“post-disaster”reconstruction stage of professional advantages,should distinguish between different time periods and spaces.Professor Yu Zhonghai,“to give full play to the advantages of professional social work in the community governance loopholes”,pointed out that in the face of the modernity of risk society and mobility,professional social work should not only actively in community building,community governance and community service actively,take the initiative,but also always strengthen risk management,improve the ability to manage complex modernity.Professor Ren Xuejun Zhao Dingdong pointed out in“For”and“Bit”of Emergency Volunteer Service in The Epidemic,that voluntary service is a reconciling agent in epidemic prevention and control,stress,self-discipline,high professional requirements,the need to invest enthusiasm and wisdom,and social cooperation and coordination.The insights of the above scholars are helpful and enlightening to the development of Chinese social work theory and to the specific practice of social work.

Each profession may have essential attributes.While the altruistic behavior originates from the individual or the organization.From the perspective of professional attributes,social work in contemporary China is not ma-ture enough,and other altruistic behavior are even weaker.Nevertheless,various altruistic behavior have very similar logic of origin,the same practice framework,and they interact with each other with the common goal of promoting people's happiness.From the view of traditional culture,there is a combination and balance of yin and yang to behave altruistically.In current China,we should recognize the characteristics of New Era,comprehend the feature of various altruistic actions,and help each kind of altruistic action to empower each other,respect each other,and coordinate with each other.Meanwhile,we should also encourage each person’s self-reliance action.Therefore,we could create the Chinese systematic feature with a collective beauty from each altruistic approach.

（3）The Conception oo the Community Correction Social Work Service Sys--tem with Chinese Characteristics——Based on the requirements of the Com--munity Correction Law

The promulgation of the Community Correction Law provided a legal basis for the construction of a Community Correction Social work service system.Reviewing the development process of Community Correction Social work,it’s found that while Community Correction Social work service has been recognized and achieved great results,it still faced the challenges of professional autonomy,social recognition and effective service.In viewed of the fact that the relevant legal provisions of the Community Correction Law have specified the goals,system content and main duties of Community Correction Social work,This paper attempted to outline the basic framework of the community correction social work service system from the perspec-tive of the national governance system and modernization of governance capabilities,focusing on social policies;government purchase services;social services content,method,flow;department coordination;quality supervision and service assurance.The construction and improvement of the community correction social work service system still needs to be continuously summarized and reflected in practice under the guidance of the Community Correction Law,which can be completed by promoting the improvement of the penalty enforcement system and the quality improvement of penalty enforcement

After the public health emergency of the new coronavirus at the end of 2019,the main leaders in the prevention and control of the epidemic are the health care system and the community organization system,and although the social work is quickly mobilized to try to actively participate in the public health prevention and control process,it is limited to the existing professional system and community system in our country.General social work majors can only work between general volunteer roles and online psychological counseling.Therefore,social work should be in the areas of medical treatment,prevention and control and rescue to achieve cross-disciplinary coordination.In this process,we should deal with the contradiction between administrative authority and professional autonomy,the coordination of the relationship between professional and technical and local knowledge,as well as the promotion of the coordination ability of the leadership of the multi-professional team and the construction of the governance mechanism.

（5）Professionalism wiith Sense of Situationality:Analysis of Social Work Practice in COVID-19 Public Health Crisis

In the COVID-19 public health crisis,how can Chinese social workers help anti the pneumonia epidemic professionally?Based on the practice of participating in the early phase of anti-epidemic work,the authors point out that a practical professionalism may be emphasized rather than a normative professionalism.Applying the normative action framework based on repeated experiences and stable situations in normal time to guiding professional practice in extraordinary periods may risk ignoring situational differences.At present social work participation in anti-epidemic under the situation with two dominant characteristics:in time dimension,the epidemic is now in the outbreak period;in social space dimension,the government has comprehensive control over the society.The former defines the role preference of social workers and urge the professionals to rethink normative action framework operated in normal time.And the latter requires the professionals act with the stratage of initiatively embedding in administrative system and work on systematic level.The research bases on two action cases.One is the service summary for the medical care group,the other is the exploration process disclosure of the solution to the caring and supervision absence of the temporarily-unsupervised minor dependents because of domestic adults infection.In the end,the meaning of the issue which concerns with issues of profession localization and professionalization of social work in wider range is discussed.

（6）The Construction and Application of ABC-X Model:Work Stress Inter--vvention of the New Generation of Migrant Workers Based on the Integrated Orientaattiioonn

Under the“double separation”of society and system,the new generation of migrant workers'passive resistance to the factory system has become an important issue.The practical circlemains mainly formed the two strategies of“technical rationality”treatment and path dependence of the trade union“administrative mediation”,but failed to respond to the pressure dilemma of the“work hole”of the new generation of migrant workers from the root cause,which caused the work pressure to accumulate and even evolve into a suicide crisis.Taking the“Rongshu Home”project in Shenzhen F Industrial Park as an example,based on the intervention strategy of critically deconstructing the work pressure of the new generation of migrant workers,this paper explores the ABC-X decompression model under the orientation of integration.The study found that through the individual level to improve stress cognition,build psychological capital,guide career planning,as well as the environmental level to enhance family relations,link colleague support,cultivate endogenous self-organization and create a culture of mutual assistance and other intervention strategies,social work can be integrated into the new generation of migrant workers work pressure and lead to evidence-based practice research.

（7）Cultural Production and Bullying Prevention:A Case Study Based on a Social Work Service Project

It has great practical implications to solve the problem of school bullying and develop social work service projects from the perspective of cultural production.This study discusses the feasibility and effectiveness of the case of a social work service project to prevent bullying from the perspective of cultural production.The research findings show that because cultural production includes meaning production,self-production and lifestyle production,the social work services to prevent bullying should include bullying prevention curricula that reproduce the meaning of“bullying”,peer education groups that influence students to build their“identity”,and school community activities that promote a friendly way of life.Although the richness and sustainability of the project still need to be improved,and the service effect needs to be further verified,it’s still a beneficial attempt to innovate the ways of preventing bullying from the perspective of cultural production.
