1 Research on Innovative Trading Mechanism for State-owned Enterprises’ Overseas Oil and Gas Merger & Acquisition

Xu Dong, Yan Fei, Shi Kai

Based on the super Merger & Acquisition (M&A) process and transaction essence bidding for Anadarko Petroleum between Western Petroleum and Chevron, this paper summarized nine transaction modes in recent international oil and gas transaction, and sorted out their innovative features.Based on the fact that there is only cash transaction mode and its risks in oversea M&A for state-owned oil and gas enterprises, the paper proposed various strategies and mixed modes for M&A in exploration, development, refining, and sales. It also put forward the suggestions for optimizing M & A and stripping overseas oil and gas assets.

5 Preliminary Concept of Using Airship as a Method of Shipping LNG to Establish New Energy Transportation Route

Li Jian

China is the largest importer of LNG (liquefied natural gas).It is very important to ship imported LNG safely and conveniently. At present, sea transportation is restrained by continental islands, detours, or other nation’s restrictions imposed.Aiming at the shortcomings of sea transportation, this paper proposed a technical strategic concept of using airship to ship LNG.It preliminarily analyzed and demonstrated feasibilities of technology, economy, and engineering. It also proposed key points for further study or promotion. The concept has heuristic significance to this domain development. If the concept can be realized by engineering, it will be a great innovative significance and important strategic value for improving the safety of China's imported LNG.

10 Research and Application of Remote Sensing Technology for Pipeline Route Selection in Loess Hilly Areas

Yang Weitao

Satellite remote sensing technology can quickly and extensively acquire data through terrain and geomorphology in the region.Itand obtain basic data needed for pipeline route selection in all-weather and multi-scale.Instead of traditional means limited by many conditions, remote sensing technology can optimize the allocation of resources, and improve quality of pipeline route selection and save costs. It was applied to establish the interpretation marks of relevant elements in typical geological and geomorphic areas in the loess gully region of northern Shanxi.Based on comprehensive analysis of elements of alternative lines, the alternative lines were optimized to provide technical supports and improve quality and efficiency of pipeline route selection.

14 Achievements and Prospects of Improving Quality and Efficiency of Surface Engineering in Oil and Gas Fields

Liang Yuejiu, Guo Feng, Zhang Weizhi

The surface engineering in oil and gas field is an important part of realizing the development of upstream business with low cost and high quality, ensuring steady increase of crude oil output and rapid increase of natural gas output. This paper summarized surface engineering achievements in recent years improving the quality and efficiency of CNPC.Aiming at the dual challenges of keeping production and controlling costs, this paper proposed suggestions on optimizing operation, increasing product value, lean-production and innovating science and technology. In order to improve operation and management of oil and gas field, it is necessary to strengthen the awareness of increasing product value and benefits.

17 Research on Simplification and Optimization for Oil Collection Process outside Crude Oil Treatment Station

Liu Bin

The crude oil produced in some oil fields in North China mostly has high freezing point, high viscosity, and high wax content. It consumed more energy to gather, transport, and process treat the crude oil.By means of field tests and software simulations, the boundary conditions of oil gathering at room temperature and influences of circular water mixing were studied. The auxiliary technologies such as oil well series connection, electric heating of the wellhead, thermal insulation tubing, and mixed pressure relief were applied to overall simplify and optimize surface oil gathering system, and reduced energy consumption. The research results can be used as a reference for similar oil collecting system outside of crude oil treatment station at oil fields.

22 Sewage Treatment System Technology Transformation in Yasi Oilfield

Tian Donghai, Liu Fuyun, Mu Yan

Yass oilfield is a low-porosity and ultra-low permeability oilfield with poor reservoir properties and high requirements of reinjection water quality. With the continuous development of oilfield development, the produced water properties become more and more complicated. The capacity of existing produced water treatment is insufficient, and the process of sewage treatment cannot meet the quality requirements of injection water. Therefore, the process of microbial wastewater treatment has explored, experimented and applied in Yass oilfield. The successful application of microbial wastewater treatment technology ensured that the treated sewage water quality reached the standard stably, and improved process technology of wastewater treatment.

29 Research Review of Carbon Recovery from Domestic Sewage through High-loaded Activated Sludge Process

Jiang Haixin, He Yi, Chen Hongbin,Liu Guannan, Tang Jianjun, Zhang Dingnan

High-loaded activated sludge (HRAS) process has advantages of low mineralization efficiency and high primary sludge production with high biochemical methane potential.HRAS exhibits excellent potential for realizing carbon neutrality and energy self-sufficiency in wastewater treatment plants. It is motivated the rethinking and re-exploration of this “old” process.Based on previous works about HRAS, the paper introduced two process types of carbon recovery, which named conventional high-rated activated sludge process (HRCAS) and high-rated contact and stabilization process (HRCS).This paper analyzed two approaches of carbon redirection, bioflocculation and intracellular storage, summarized parameter influences on carbon recovery such as sludge retention time, hydraulic retention time, dissolved oxygen and sludge concentration. It also discussed HRAS mathematical model. It proposed remaining challenges and trends of HRAS for research, design, operating and optimization in future.

45 Issues that Russian Oil and Gas Field Project Contractors Should Pay Attention to when managing the Delivery of As-build Documentations

Lin Quanquan, Fan Haicheng, Zhang Jicheng

The construction As-built documentation is not only a true record of various activities of project construction, but also an important basis for project settlement.Based on a natural gas processing plant project in Russia, this paper summarized several issues and corresponding countermeasures that contractor should pay attention to construction As-built documentation management. It’s expected that there is some inspiration and reference significance for Chinese companies who are implementing oil and gas field projects in Russia or who plan to enter Russian market.
