In the intelligent workshop completed in 2018, large-scale intelligent customization has become a reality - more than 70 pieces of cloth, more than 300 processes, it used to take 15 days to produce a customized Youngor suit, now it only takes 5 days, and the shortest time is only 2 days. After the operation of the intelligent factory, the annual output is expected to reach more than 150,000 sets, an increase of 25% in terms of capacity.
In recent years, Youngor has built a brand system of all ages and price segments. At present, Youngor has a total of five sub-brands of YOUNGOR, MAYOR, Hart Schaffner Marx, HANP and YOUNGOR LADY, which are oriented to different consumer groups and product needs. With these improvements, in 2018, Youngor brand clothing sector completed operating revenue of 5,643.5 million yuan (including the textile sector), an increase of 13.22%; net profit of 829 million yuan, an increase of 9.34%.
Over the years, Youngor has continued to carry out social public welfare undertakings in the fields of poverty alleviation, earthquake relief, disaster relief, education, health, culture, etc., and listed “assistantship”, “medical health”, “care for the elderly” and“counterpart assistance” as the key areas of Youngors support. A public welfare support plan is formulated every year and guaranteed by financial budget. So far, the accumulative investment has exceeded 513 million yuan.
