摘 要:小孤山水电站投产后,水轮发电机组总体运行稳定,各项主要性能指标符合设计和运行要求。文章具体阐述了在水头增加后,该水电站水轮机的超发能力论证。

Abstract: After the Xiaogushan Hydropower Station is put into production, the overall operation of the hydro-generator set is stable, and the main performance indexes meet the requirements for its design and operation. This paper expounds in detail the demonstration of the overshoot capacity of the turbine of the hydropower station after the increase of water head.

1 概述
張掖小孤山水电站工程位于黑河干流大峡谷,于2006年发电。设计该水电站时各项参数如下:额定水头HP=117m;设计流量Q=39.04m3/s;额定出力N=41670kW。
现今小孤山水电站额定水头增加了13m即HP=130m,现从以下方面论证该水电站的超发能力。

通过上述改变后的参数进行选型,方案如下:

通过以上论证,小孤山水电站水轮机最大出力可以满足NDmax=49280kW,即至少超发20%的要求。
