摘 要:为了研究大型电力变压器绝缘油在振荡型冲击电压下极不均匀电场击穿特性,依据IEC60060-3标准搭建了能产生不同类型冲击电压波形的试验及其测量系统,在实验室利用该系统开展了振荡型冲击电压下油中极不均匀场的时域击穿和伏秒特性研究,并对实验模型电场进行了仿真分析。在实验过程中利用13.7 kHz振荡操作波、标准雷电波、3种不同频率的振荡雷电波,研究了变压器油在各个波形下的时域击穿图形及伏秒特性,对实验波形的计算结果表明:振荡型雷电波下的击穿点分布较广,振荡波的击穿电压整体高于标准雷电,但是它们的最高耐受电压与标准雷电下的基本一致。

Abstract:In order to study the large power transformer insulating oil in oscillation under impulse voltage breakdown characteristics of nonuniform electric field, based on the IEC60060-3 standard to build a system, the system produces different types of impulse voltage waveform test and measurement system in the laboratory using the system, to carry out the research on the oscillatory impulse voltage in oil under extremely uniform field time breakdown and V-s characteristics, and the experimental model of the electric field are analyzed. The use of 13.7kHz oscillation wave, standard lightning wave, three different frequency oscillations of the lightning wave in the experimental process, the research of transformer oil in each wave under the time breakdown graph and V-s characteristics, calculation of experimental results show that the oscillation waveform breakdown type lightning wave under the wide distribution of oscillating wave voltage breakdown the whole is higher than the standard of lightning, but they are basically the same maximum withstand voltage and lightning under.
