Under the new historical conditions,the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics is influenced by such factors as social transformation,social trend of thought,network public opinion,national quality,rule of law system and human destiny.And no scientific mechanism has yet been established.The construction of the following six mechanisms is the inherent requirement of adhering to the self-confidence of the socialist path with Chinese characteristics: adhering to the principle of seeking truth from facts and taking the transformation of social structure as an opportunity to build the overall mechanism; taking social thought confrontation as an opportunity to construct transformation mechanism;taking network public opinionstruggle as an opportunity to construct incentive mechanism; improving the national quality to establish the evaluation mechanism; perfecting the rule of law system to build a resultant force mechanism; creating a common destiny of mankind to build an open mechanism.And it is also the inevitable requirement to realize the great dream of rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

The two-dimensional code and RFID technology are typical representatives of the application of new technology in modern archives management.Based on the analysis of two-dimensional code and RFID technology index,combined with the characteristics of college archives management,this paper gets the result that the two-dimensional code technology is more suitable for college archives management.It also studies the architecture of the archives information management system based on the two-dimensional code technology,designs the functions of each subsystem.Archives are divided into two categories: the digital archives which can be self-service consulted and borrowedthrough network,and the entity archives whichare confidential or unsuitable for self-service borrowing.According to the different archives categories,different service processes are designed.This paper has reference meaning for realizing the automation and intelligentization of archives management.

The Macartney mission to China is a major event in the history of Chinese and British diplomacy in eighteenth century.After returning to British,the main mission members published the record of the trip to China.The record included the perception of the development of science and technology in China,and the analysis of the reasons.Based on the record,this paper sorts out the development of science and technology in Qianlong period,analyzes the pertinent and biased views,and further explores the real historical reason why China’s science and technology lagged behind the west at that time.

Based on the historical corpus,this paper describes and analyzes the polysemous expression of three Chinese vocabulary “Shangxia(上下)” “Zuoyou(左右)” and “Qianhou(前后)”.The three antonymous locative construction words are polysemous.Their ancient and modern semantic performances are almost the same.And their meanings are interrelated by the mechanisms of metaphor and metonymy.Meanwhile,their semantic evolutions are accompanied by their lexicalization,grammaticalization and subjectification.

There are at least four books titled asDongPoShiHua: one of Japanese writer Kondo Yuancui’sYingXueXuanSeries,CHEN Xiumin’sDongPoShiHuaLuin Yuan Dynasty,DongPoShiHuaby anonymity in Qing dynasty,and today WANG Wenlong’sDongPoShiHuaQuanBianJianPing.In addition,there are many books closely related to it,JiShi,DongPoZhiLin,DongPoTiBa,and so on.The early four books are classified into general Zibu novel,reflecting the early poetry characteristic as much gossip chronicle,indistinct boundaries with novels.DongPoShiHua’s name and content varies for many reasons.The poetic criticism body versions ofDongPoShiHuaare composed by generations of continuous collecting entries scattered in Dongpo anthology.The early novels ofDongPoShiHuaare actually the poetic criticism body versions.The real novel body versions with plots formed after the prosperity of popular novels in Ming and Qing Dynasties.

Educational resources are the basis for supporting education development,and also the basic guarantee for schools to carry out normal education and teaching activities.To achieve the balanced allocation of preschool education resources is the key to construct public service system of public welfare,inclusiveness,and high quality.Through the analysis of the preschool education conditions during the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period,it is found that the development of preschool education in China has achieved certain results and improved the educational resources.But there are still many problems,such as the regional gap of the key indicators,the obvious gap between urban and rural areas,the substandard ratio between teachers and students,the seriously inadequate of school premises and education funding.Thus,this paper puts forward a series of suggestions: increasing enrollment opportunities and incorporating preschool education into compulsory education as soon as possible; expanding the scale of teachers,and solving the problems of teacher shortage in the Midwest and rural areas by multi-channel solutions; co-ordinating the deployment of existing school buildings,and focusing on solving the shortage of western and rural schools buildings; broadening the supplementary channels of educational funding,and attaching importance to the investment in the central region.

Under the background of the popularization of higher education,it is attached great importance to the cultivation of college students’ entrepreneurial consciousness.However,based on the investigation,it is found that there are still many problems in the cultivation.This paper studies the advanced experience of cultivating entrepreneurial consciousness in America,Britain,Australia and other countries,and creatively puts forward specific measures to perfect the cultivation in six aspects: government policy,college education,school-enterprise cooperation,social concern,family cooperation,and self driving force.
