China Rare Earth Functional Material Industry Innovation Alliance Established
On January 21, representatives from universities, well-known research institutes and key enterprises of domestic rare earth industry gathered in Ganzhou, Jiangxi to witness the establishment of the China Rare Earth Functional Material Industry Innovation Alliance ("Alliance").
By leveraging the resource advantages, technical advantages, talent advantages and policy advantages of Jiangxi Province's rare earth industry and focusing on the R&D, supply, transfer, diffusion and first-time commercialization of cutting-edge technologies and common key technologies in key areas, the Alliance will enhancing regional cooperative innovation ability, serve the innovation needs and structural transformation and upgrading needs of relevant materials industries, and build technological innovation ability based on the industrial chain to achieve innovative developments in the new rare earth materials industry.
