流淌在城市的动感，总能给人活力四射的感受。比如马拉松，比如龙舟赛，比如足球……

每一场马拉松，都是一次身心磨砺之旅。发令枪响，伴着耳畔的习习微风，思想在脚下天马行空。滨江路马拉松，山地马拉松，无论在哪儿奔跑，都要迈开大步，去拥抱那挥汗淋漓的酣畅。

这是迈开双腿的动。
