Wu Aiying Justice Minister Expelled from the Party

On October 14， 2017， the sev- enth plenary session of the 18th CPC central committee was held in Beijing. The committee considered and passed the review report of the central commission for discipline inspection on the serious violation of the discipline of Wu Aiying， and confirmed that the political bureau of the central committee had given her the punishment of expulsion from the party.

According to the public information， Wu（born December， 1951）， now 65， was a member of the Shandong Changle， and had 11 years of systematic experience in the communist youth league. She was promoted to vice governor of Shandong province at 42 and promoted to the deputy provincial level.

In 1998， she served as deputy secretary of Shandong provincial committee for five years， and experienced Zhao Zhihao and Zhang Gaoli as party secretaries. In 2002， she was appointed deputy secretary of Shandong provincial party committee and chairman of the shandong provincial committee of the Chinese peoples political consultative conference. In 2003， she became deputy minister of the ministry of justice in Beijing. She was appointed to the post in 2005 until the beginning of this year， and she implemented various measures to strengthen supervision of lawyers practice activities.endprint
