My Hometown

重庆市巴蜀小学六年级七班 崔雅轩指导老师 王 萍

M y father comes from a small village in Zhuanglang County, Gansu province.

Although I was born in Chongqing, but I take

my father's birthplace as my hometown. My

grandparents are there, and there are countless mountains, and slowly flowing stream too. I was deeply attracted by all of this.

Looking from a distance, the mountains are

really just like a line of camels, carrying a lot

of backpacks, as if they want to go far away.

But if we get closer, the mountains look like a

hunchback old man, carrying a big bag of steamed buns. I really want to climb the mountain at once! There is a small stream in front of the village. It is full of water in summer. The water is so clear that we can see different kinds of pebbles. The stream flows slowly, beating every pebble, as if singing

happily. I always play in the water with my friends. But, there is no fish in the stream, otherwise we can play with them.

I love my hometown, and I love her countless

mountains and singing stream much more.
