[摘要] 目的 探討辅酶Q10霜剂对紫外线损伤小鼠血细胞及抗氧化酶的影响。 方法 36只昆明小鼠背部皮肤进行脱毛后,采用体重因素随机分成4组:正常组(CON)、模型组(MOL)、辅酶组(CoQ)、阳性组(POS)。其中CON不做任何处理;MOL、CoQ、POS组小鼠背部皮肤分别涂抹空白霜剂、辅酶Q10霜剂、二苯甲酮霜剂,涂抹霜剂30 min后进行紫外线照射。每天1次,持续8周。结束后,小鼠眼球取血处死,对血样进行指标检测。 结果 与CON比较,MOL小鼠白细胞(WBC)数量升高(P < 0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量增高(P < 0.05),血浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力减弱(P < 0.05);与MOL比较,CoQ小鼠WBC数量减少(P < 0.05),MDA含量降低(P < 0.05),SOD、GSH-Px活力增强(P < 0.05);与MOL比较,POS小鼠WBC数量减少(P < 0.05),MDA含量降低(P < 0.05),SOD、GSH-Px活力增强(P < 0.05)。 结论 辅酶Q10霜剂对紫外线损伤小鼠具有提升血浆SOD、GSH-Px活力与降低MDA含量的能力,其有助于减缓对紫外线损伤小鼠的应激状态。

The influence of co-enzyme Q10 Cream on blood cell and antioxidant enzymes withiin the mice exposed on ultraviolet ray

[Abstract] Objective To explore the impacts of Co-enzyme Q10 Cream on the blood cell and antioxidant enzymes of mice exposed to ultraviolet ray. Methods 36 KM mice were randomly divided into control group (CON), model group (MOL), co-enzyme Q10 group (CoQ), positive group (POS) group according to weight factor, after them through physical way removed the hair on the backs. The mice in CON were not given to any administration. The mice of MOL, CoQ, POS were respectively smeared blank cream, Co-enzyme Q10 Cream, Benzophenone Cream on the back skin; after 30 minutes, they were exposed to ultraviolet ray, once a day for 8 weeks. All mice were put to death by extracting their eye blood and their blood cells were measured. Results Compared with the CON, while blood cell (WBC) and malondialdehvde (MDA) content of the MOL were increased (P < 0.05), viability of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) was decreased (P < 0.05). Compared with the MOL, the WBC and MDA content of the CoQ were decreased (P<0.05), viability of SOD and GSH-Px of the CoQ was increased (P < 0.05). Compared with the MOL, the WBC and MDA content of the POS were decreased (P<0.05), viability of SOD and GSH-Px of the POS was increased (P < 0.05). Conclusion Co-enzyme Q10 Cream can promote the viability of plasma SOD and GSH-Px and reduce the contentof MDA. Co-enzyme Q10 Cream contributes to mitigate the damage towards mice caused by ultraviolet ray.
