摘 要:(1)空间信号精度提升总体设计。在最大程度兼容北斗卫星导航系统的基础上,从提升系统发播的空间信号精度方面,论证给出系统服务性能提升的指标分配与可行性分析、明确空间信号精度提升系统接口设计、完成空间信号精度提升总体设计,指导课题2(北斗空间信号精度提升关键技术)的工程实现。(2)地基导航信号网络总体设计。研究北斗地基导航信号影响服务精度的各种因素、实现定位精度5 m的指标分配、设计并论证地基导航信号网络信号体制、完成地基导航信号网络伪卫星布设方案与时间同步方案研究。指导课题3(北斗地基导航信号网络关键技术)的工程实现。(3)系统集成与试验验证。完成北斗空间信号精度提升系统集成方案设计、空间信号提升试验方案设计、地基导航信号网络布站方案的设计、地基增强示范系统集成方案设计、地基导航信号网络试验方案设计;实现空间信号提升系统集成、地基导航信号网络集成、搭建整个北斗服务性能提升试验系统;组织开展UERE优于1 m、定位精度优于5 m的技术指标试验验证,形成示范演示试验报告。(4)基于北斗的PNT体系架构及应用研究。该研究内容主要开展基于北斗的PNT体系需求分析、PNT体系应用模式及关键技术研究、PNT标准体系研究。最终形成“基于北斗的PNT体系构架及应用研究报告”。该年度主要研究内容为空间信号精度提升总体设计、地基导航信号网络总体设计、地基导航信号网络伪卫星布设方案与时间同步方案研究和基于北斗的PNT体系需求分析。

(3)system integration and test Complete the accuracy of signal space lifting system integration design, space signal lifting test scheme design, foundation navigation signal network station layout scheme design, foundation strength demonstration system integration design, foundation navigation signal network test scheme design; spatial signal lifting system integration, network integration, to build the foundation of navigation signal the Beidou service performance test system; organize UERE better than 1 meters, the positioning accuracy is better than the technical index test 5 meters, forming a demonstration test report. (4)the PNT architecture and Application Research Based on Beidou This research mainly based on the PNT system requirement analysis, the application of PNT system model and key technology research, research on the standard system of PNT. Eventually formed a "research framework and application of PNT report system based on beidou".
