如何写申请信

符曼静

申请信主要用于求职、求学、申请奖学金等。申请人的语气既要自信又要礼貌，需恰如其分。信件内容应写得简明流畅，言简意赅。申请信包括三个部分：（1）说明写信目的（申请原因）；（2）介绍自己（教育背景、兴趣爱好、特长等）；（3）表达请求和盼复。并可根据写作的具体要求，留下自己的联系方式。

一、常用套语

1. 说明写信目的

（1）I am writing to apply for a fellowship in your university.我写信来是想申请贵校的奖学金。

（2）Im writing （to you） in the hope that I can obtain a chance to find a part-time job in our school library.我写信（给你）是希望得到在我们学校图书馆兼职的机会。

2. 简要介绍自己

（1）My name is Li Hua， aged 18/ who is an 18-year-old boy with each course excellent.我叫李华，今年18岁。/我叫李华，是一名各门功课优秀的18岁的男孩。
