川渝两省市签署“1+10”系列合作协议 合作再上新台阶

6月13日，四川省党政代表团来渝考察。重庆市委书记孙政才，市委副书记、市长黄奇帆与四川省委书记王东明，省委副书记、省长尹力率领的四川省党政代表团座谈交流，共商进一步深化川渝务实合作大计。在渝期间，四川省党政代表团一行先后前往长安汽车工程研究总院、两江新区规划展览馆、两江新区互联网产业园、猪八戒网络有限公司考察，详细了解了重庆融入“一带一路”建设和长江经济带发展、深化拓展五大功能区域发展战略、内陆开放高地建设、国资国企改革、互联网产业发展等情况，对重庆经济社会蓬勃发展的态势表示赞赏。

黄奇帆会见卡塔尔客人

5月30日，市长黄奇帆会见了卡塔尔投资局首席执行官谢赫·阿卜杜拉·阿勒萨尼、卡塔尔驻华大使苏尔坦·曼苏里一行，双方就加强合作进行了交流。黄奇帆表示，卡塔尔是“一带一路”沿线的重要国家，重庆愿与卡塔尔在金融、航空、物流等领域携手合作，深化友谊。

重庆市政府与中国交建签署海外战略合作框架协议

5月10日，重庆市政府与中国交通建设股份有限公司签署海外战略合作框架协议，携手深耕海外市场。双方将共同开发建设境外经贸合作园区，构建与“一带一路”沿线国家（地区）的贸易新通道，探索交通设施建设与贸易物流合作，共享海外渠道和资源，为重庆企业“走出去”提供面向全球的投资咨询服务。

中新示范项目入驻保税港区空港国际商贸物流园

5月10日，两路寸滩保税港区消息，随着中新（重庆）战略性互联互通示范项目推进，总投资3亿元的新加坡丰树（重庆）保税港物流平台项目已入驻保税港区空港国际商贸物流园，这也是该物流园吸引的第二个中新示范项目。2019年，保税港区空港国际商贸物流园将全面建成投运，实现年产值90亿元，成为辐射重庆乃至全国的现代物流集散基地。

重庆—新加坡国际数据通道有望明年开通

5月16日，重庆联通公司消息，该公司正致力于打造重庆—新加坡的国际数据通道，助力重庆成为全国领先的互联网经济高地。最快明年年初，重庆—新加坡首期1G带宽的国际数据通道就将正式开通。此后，还会根据市场需求，覆盖“一带一路”沿线多个国家。

重庆钱宝已进入39个国家 堪称亚洲最大规模结算机构

由重庆市政府、亿赞普集团和招商局集团合资组建的全球结算机构—重庆钱宝区域清算环网络已进入39个国家，堪称亚洲最大规模结算机构。按照计划，钱宝将在未来3年内进入120个国家和地区，形成覆盖中东、欧洲、非洲、南亚和拉美的五大区域清算环。

重庆本土跨境电商光彩国际将斥资20亿元在解放碑建设“韩国城”，预计明年上半年投入运营。5月22日，光彩国际与韩国上市公司CL国际签署战略合作协议，将引进韩国的美容院、娱乐中心、百货、服饰化妆等企业，建成“线上+线下”电商平台和实体店联动模式的纯韩式购物中心。

首届重庆通用航空投融资论坛举行

5月26日至28日，首届重庆通用航空投融资论坛在渝举办，同时为期三天的“通用航空+高端生活”展在观音桥开展。重庆通航集团现场展出重庆造恩斯特龙280FX、480B两款机型。阿斯顿马丁、迈凯伦、奔驰房车等豪车品牌和哈雷摩托等高档机车品牌参加了该次展览，多品牌跨界展出初步构建起“通航+”高端生活模式。

涪陵工业园区被确定为长江经济带国家级转型升级示范开发区

6月2日，国家发改委网站发布《国家发展改革委关于建设长江经济带国家级转型升级示范开发区的通知》，同意将涪陵工业园区等33个开发区确定为长江经济带国家级转型升级示范开发区。

江北机场已开通国际（地区）全货运航线20余条

6月3日，由南方航空公司执飞的重庆—法兰克福货运航班正式开通，这是今年来重庆直飞法兰克福国际货运航线的第二次加密。截至目前，重庆江北机场开通的国际（地区）全货运航线已经超过20条。东航站区建成投用后，这一数据还将进一步增长。

首趟中欧铁路渝新欧平行进口车专列抵达重庆

未来，重庆市民购买国外高档汽车价格将更便宜，运输、维修、保养也将更方便。6月13日，首趟中欧铁路渝新欧班列平行进口汽车整车专列抵达重庆西永团结村铁路集装箱中心站。这意味着中欧班列首趟平行进口整车专列开行成功。为后期“渝新欧”实现常态化运输平行进口汽车奠定了基础。全程耗时2周左右，比传统海运节约30多天，且无需转运。

重庆至东盟公路班车东线复线开通

6月13日晚，重庆至东盟公路班车的又一条新线路—东线复线首趟班车正式发车。由于此线路采取陆海联运方式，因此，相比纯陆路运输，成本可节约1.7万元/趟/车。这让我市通往越南的货物运输又多了一个新的选择。

西港全球购荷兰“海外仓”正式启用

6月14日，重庆对外经贸集团消息，本土规模最大的跨境电商平台“西港全球购”荷兰“海外仓”正式启用，开启本土跨境电商海外直邮模式。接下来，重庆对外经贸集团将陆续在澳大利亚、美国等地布局“海外仓”，同时，大力发展跨境B2B出口，带动重庆企业直接融入海外营销渠道，推动更多“重庆造”产品走向国际市场。

Party and government delegation from Sichuan Province visited Chongqing on June 13th. Huang Qifan Meets Guests from Qatar

Mayor Huang Qifan met the CEO of Qatar Investment Authority, Sheikh Abdullah Saud Al Thani and Qatar’s ambassador to China, Sultan Mansouri on May, 30th. Chongqing municipal government signed the Overseas Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement (OSCFA) with China Communications Construction Company on May 10thto further together overseas market. According to news from Lianglu Cuntan Free Trade Port Area, the Chongqing-Singapore Bonded Port Logistic Platform with a total investment of 0.3 billion yuan by Singapore Mapletree Group entered the Chongqing Airport International Logistic Park on May 10th.
