7.56 million high school graduates! This year the number of college graduates in China hit a record high. In addition, China is still upset by its downward economy. It is imaginable that the current employment situation can be rather grim.

Chinese recruitment portal website ZhiLian provide a report shows that more than half of the college graduates consider the situation is still within their acceptable range.Outcome like this shows that most of the graduates nowadays are much more optimistic than we supposed to be, on the one hand these graduates has not yet step into society completely, they may not have direct access to the competition pressure from the talent market ; on the other hand, the younger 90s generation are mostly brought up in relatively rich environment, their level of survival pressure is relatively low.For the 90s generation, work is not only a means to earn a living, but also an important way to fulfill personal values.Therefore, they may willing to take the long-term development capacity into consideration instead of the incomes for the time being put in place to lower the price.

It is said that the most expected field to work for among the college graduates are the industries including Internet and digital tech-based companies, finance and investment or insurance related enterprises together with the governmental institutions and non-profit organizations.
