On February 2nd, China & Asia Textile Forum 2015 was held in Beijing, which was sponsored by China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Textile and Apparel. On February 25th, China and South Korea initial completed and confirmed all agreement of FTA, until when all the negotiations were completed. It is learned that, with implementation of the agreement, most textiles and clothing products will enjoy zero tariff treatment, which will save annual tariff costs of around $ 40 million for Nantong textile and apparel export enterprises.
Pricing for 30-60 dollars, the domestic underwear brand Cosmo Lady, wanted to raise its status by investing in acquisitions. On March 3rd, Cosmo Lady announced the acquisition of Shanghai Ordifen Corporation by 92 million yuan, which means that Oudifen, the middleend and high-end brand will incorporate its mainland resource including design, manufacturing and distribution channels into Cosmo Lady.
Anli Artifi cial Leather Co., Ltd. announced on the evening of March 9th that the company had gained the certification from the Nike(NIKE, Inc.) in the second half of 2014, becoming the worlds qualified suppliers for main material of Nike, and would launch business cooperation in the near future.
According to the announcement, Anli supplied products to manufacturing plants audited by Nike. Nike was a virtual operating enterprise, mainly responsible for product development as well as marketing and business operations, with manufacturing and retail distribution outsourcing to other companies.
