做互联网时代的好书记，必须进一步提高媒介素养。互联网时代，各种传统媒体和新型媒体互相融合，特别是微博、微信、微视等新媒体发展日新月异，把人们带入了一个“人人都是记者”的自媒体时代，舆论环境、媒体格局发生了深刻变化。党团书记的媒介素养需要在实践中锻炼、在学习中提高。在日常工作中，要对传媒的性质、特点、功能、手段、作用、现状和发展趋势等有一个基本的了解和把握；要熟悉与本职工作相关联的新闻事件、社情民意、舆情动态，找准员工的关注点、兴奋点，及时理顺情绪，化解矛盾，以增强工作的针对性、实效性。
