“全天候”的第一个意思形容“不受天气限制，在任何气候条件下都能使用或工作”。英语可以译为all-weath⁃er。例如：

1.这架全天候飞机在恶劣天气中飞行数小时，最终半夜在机场安全降落。

The all-weather aircraftflewinbadweatherforsever⁃al hours and finally landedsafely at the airport in themiddleofthenight.

2.为了加强合作，中国和巴基斯坦需要在两国之间有一条全天候公路。

The engineer says thatthis new equipment canworkinall-weather.

“全天候”可以引申为“不受意识形态束缚，不受国际政治影响，相互支持的国家关系”。英语可以译为all-weather。例如：
