3M办公大楼建筑面积约7 428平方米,采用轮廓鲜明的圆形设计,能最大程度向各个方向展现而又引人注目,可用作一个全方位广告牌。该设计采用包铝拱肩镶板进行水平衔接,四面均有全景式窗户。大楼内部分成两个半圆形分隔区域,中间设有一个通透、带屋顶的中庭。首层设有客户技术中心,3M可灵活使用并向国内外客商展示其新旧产品和技术。首层还设有餐厅,带有一个较大的露天阳台。二楼设有会议室以及两个供原型和高端技术产品进行内部研制与测试使用的现代化实验室。三楼和四楼为办公区。每一层均在中庭设有休息区和咖啡吧。地下层设有封闭式停车场,供自行车和机动车辆使用,另设配送区、储物室和更衣室等建筑配套区域。地下层由绿色路堤和整体百叶墙遮挡住视线。
大楼融汇了一系列3M自主创新产品。此外,该大楼荣获BREEAMNL可持续建筑“优秀”证书,其采暖及制冷通过地源热泵系统(WKO)进行控制。大楼中心的出入口设计很有策略性,便于分区出租各楼层,使这座大楼非常适合多租户使用。
The internationally renowned and S&P 500-quoted technology concern 3M supplies a variety of services and manufactured goods within a broad range of product groups including displays and graphics, healthcare, safety and security, transport and traffic, production and industry, office and also home and leisure. 3M the Netherlands is moving shortly from Zoeterwoude to modern new accommodation where the company can continue to develop as trendsetter. The building is situated at a high visibility location alongside the A13 motorway at Science Park Technopolis Delft. cepezed projects and construction company Cordeel joined forces to achieve a turn-key implementation, including the financing and realization and called in cepezed for the design. The entire process from first contact to delivery took place in an extremely short space of time.
The 3M building has a floor area of ca. 7 428 m2and a striking, clean-cut round design, which generates maximum exposure and can be utilized well as an allround billboard. It has horizontal articulation with aluminium-clad spandrel panels and panoramic strip windows on all sides. Internally, the building is divided into two semi-circular bays with a transparent roofed atrium in between. The ground floor includes space for a customer technology centre where 3M can present and demonstrate its new and existing products and technologies in a flexible way to a variety of internal and external parties. The restaurant with a large outdoor terrace is also located on the ground floor. The first floor includes meeting facilities and two modern laboratories for internal research, testing and manufacture of prototypes and technologically high-grade products. On the third and fourth floors there are offices. On every floor in the atrium there are so-called breakout zones with coffee corners. The basement provides closed parking facilities for bicycles and motor vehicles and also has space for building support functions such as a distribution area, storage and changing rooms. The basement is kept out of sight by a green embankment with an integrated louvre wall.
A series of 3M’s own innovative products has been incorporated into the building. In addition, it is being delivered with a BREEAMNL Very Good certificate for sustainable buildings. Heating and cooling are regulated via a geothermal heat pump system (WKO). Strategic access via the heart of the building makes it easy to rent out each floor in sections, making the building eminently suitable for multi-tenant use.
