Shandong Specialties at Made in China, Grand Hyatt Beijing

Kent Jin, Chinese chef of Grand Hyatt Beijing proudly presents a special Shandong menu at Made in China restaurant, in May and June.

“We are thrilled to introduce a special menu representing the large Shandong peninsula, which is a province rich in produce from the inland areas to the coast,”said Chef Jin.

Below are the highlights from the menu:

— Soya-braised boneless pork trotters, pickled carrot

— Spicy seared squid tentacles with onion and sesame

— Mustard-marinated poached chicken, spicy mustard sprout
