Shandong Specialties at Made in China， Grand Hyatt Beijing

Kent Jin， Chinese chef of Grand Hyatt Beijing proudly presents a special Shandong menu at Made in China restaurant， in May and June.

“We are thrilled to introduce a special menu representing the large Shandong peninsula， which is a province rich in produce from the inland areas to the coast，”said Chef Jin.
