Organisms also add colors to the beaches. The Viti Levu white beach of Fiji and the Boracay white beach of Philippine are both accumulated by the debris particles of corals: the special climate of tropical and subtropical makes corals thrive, their debris contains white calcium carbonate. The debris are carried on to the shore by sea water after broken, pile on one another layer and form the whit beach. If the white beach is mixed with debris of other colors, more special color will be deployed, such as the pink Harbour Island beach. Its more amazing that some marine organisms could make use of their own fluorescent material to light up the beach in the dark night. But such wonderful view can be seen only at special time and under unique environmental conditions.
The varieties of colorful beaches are all from the hands of nature. We deeply admire such wonderful views created by sea and land, meanwhile we should cherish them and have a heart of respect.
