It is my pleasure to gain the first prize in the

Speaking Contest of Overseas English for College

Students. It was just like yesterday and I remember

every single moment in this competition well--

from the initial presentation to the final contest. I

learned a lot from it， and I realized the true

meaning of the proverb "No pains， No gains."
