Abstract: State symbols of the New China’s Constitution have gone from nonexistence, solemn confirmation, and improvement gradually. Although the current Constitution provides for the national flag, anthem, emblem and the capital, but the national day need to be further confirmed. At different historical circumstances, the New China’s Constitution provides for different and even entirely different basic line; Basic line in the existing Constitution needs to reflect the requirements of the "Five-in-One" Principle, completely specify the general layout about economic development, political development, cultural development, social development and ecological civilization construction, and manifest the general goals to realize prosperous, strong, democratic, civilized, harmonious, and beautiful modern socialist country,

Abstract: The masses are the makers of history and the main body of the Popularization of Marxism. To promote the Popularization of Marxism, we should adhere to the mass line, and further enhance the consciousness and firmness of implementing the mass line. Popularization of Marxism not only depend on the party indoctrinating the masses, but also rely on the mass self-education, self learning, and active participation in dissemination, application, practice of Marxism, and give full play to their subjectivity in the popularization of Marxism and carry out various forms of mass self-education activities. Promoting Marxism popularity must correctly handle the relations between progressiveness and extensiveness, so we should give full play to the role of different groups in Marxism popularization. Currently, we should bring enthusiasm and creativity of party members and leading cadres, party theorists, the people and the youth into full play.

Abstract: Jiangsu Local Legislation experiences the four phases: initial exploration, progressive increase, stability improvement and quality upgrading. These are the main characteristics: Focusing on the key points of Jiangsu’s economic and social development; better handling the relationship between regulatory stability and mobility; positively carrying explore legislation and promoting upper law development. It brings us the experience and inspiration: Outlining the principles that local legislation should be guided; actively corresponding the local reform and development; focus on dealing with the relationship between quantity and quality of legislation; gradually unification of scientific legislation and democratic legislation. Therefore, the strategies to perfect Jiangsu Local Legislation are studying intensively on frontier issues and developing legislative planning and scheduling; studying on quality standards and establishing the quality evaluation system; finding a suitable legislative approaches to quality and holding the key link; perfecting quality assurance mechanism and setting up quality evaluation feedback mechanisms.

Abstract: Cyberspace is a mixed space with smooth space and striated space. This character relates to the features of virtual existence in cyberspace. Virtual existence is the unity of freedom and limitation. When we perform and liberate our alternating personality and enjoy the carnival celebration, we should also actively promote the rationalization and standardization of virtual existence so that we can prevent against the sense of nonentity’s spreading.

Abstract: The value of Human is a system made up of multiple elements, which not only contains a man’s self-worth, social values, but also includes a man’s natural values. The basic meaning of man’s natural values include: responsibility of protecting natural ecology, obligation of conserving natural resources, and responsibility for reproducing nature. To recognize and make achievements for human’s natural value will promote the construction of ecological civilization and realize human’s comprehensive development.

Abstract: Zhu Xizu, Li Dazhao and Gu Xiegang were all important historians who contributed lots to modernized transfer of Chinese historiography. They had some same academic idea but insisted on their own viewpoints and academic styles under the atmosphere of multi-learning coexistence as well. For worked together in Peking University in 1920s, they kept some personal relationships. This essay tries to explore their academic connections from the living data, contained mainly in Gu Xiegang Dairy, so as to richen historiography of the Republic of China.

Abstract: Before the 1911 Revolution, Chen Yuan found an effective way to save the nation by medical science. He published nearly one hundred of medical articles on medicine periodicals referring to the ancient and nowadays and integrating with the East and the West. Meanwhile, he advocated the thoughts of saving China, preserving citizens, and strengthening the ethnics, having a great social effect on promoting new knowledge of medicine, arousing national awareness, and improving the health institutions etc.

Abstract: Since the First World War broke out, relying on its allies Ottoman Turkish Empire, Germany had launched a fierce struggle upon the Entente, which headed by the British. During this period, the Palestine authority led by Djemal Pasha had delivered many blows to the developing Zionist movement. On the contrary, German diplomatic officials have repeatedly on behalf of the Zionists who negotiated with the Turks. Especially noteworthy is that Germany in the "expulsion of Jaffa", to protect the Palestinian Jews. This article attempts to reveal the reasons of policy on Zionist which German taken during the First World War and its profound effects, in order to analysis Germany’s strategic choice more comprehensive in the complex situation in the Middle East.

Abstract: "The Unborn Old Mother and the Truly Empty Old Country" was the universal belief in the folk religion in Ming and Qing. The forming process of this belief was tortuous. Before Huangtianism, "the Unborn Father and Mother" had appeared which was criticized by Luo Zu and was replaced by the "Promise Forefather". Huangtianism rebuild an external kingdom, and put forward the idea of "the Unborn Old Mother" which was dramatized. Then, the belief of "the Unborn Old Mother" became the universal belief in the folk religion.

Abstract: Like Tagore 100 years ago, a fierce debate had been raised after Mo Yan awarded the Nobel Prize for literature, which reflected the awkwardness between Eastern and Western culture, that Oriental people receiving this award must face the problem of language qualifications. Since the 1990s, the writers born in the 1950s or 1960s have gradually formed a strong creative group; they essentially represent the highest creative achievement of our time, and become unique generation of literary history. Many good writers including Mo Yan began to create folk literature. The folk position and folk writing of Mo Yan and the Renaissance folk Carnival tradition represented by Rabelais have some similarities. Mo Yan is pioneering a writer in the history of contemporary Chinese literature. The transparent Carrot makes a vanguard literature, and the Red Sorghum pioneers folk writing. In terms of farmers writing, Mo Yan is one of the best farmer writer since ancient times, he poured out about farmers suffering misery, hurt and pain of thousands of years.

Abstract: The Surrounded City is the only novel written by Qian Zhongshu, this book descript the status of the intellectuals in the early days of the Anti-Japanese War. Due to its unique style, this ironic novel is praised as the New Scholars in modern Chinese Literature history. Qian Zhongshu’s combined realistic style with the symbolist technique to make the novel’s theme, function and structure render a variety of symbol forms.
