Michelin Star Chef Visiting Beijing from May 11-22

Indulge in the ultimate dining experience presented by Michelin Star Chef Eros Picco at Fratellifresh @ Renaissance Beijing Capital Hotel.

Fresh, innovative and authentic north Italian cuisine will delight Beijing gourmets as Michelin chef Eros Picco creates authentic signature dishes at Fratellifresh.

Eros Picco will visit Beijing on a 10-day limited engagement from May 11-22, for a Michelin-inspired Gala Wine Dinner on May 20 at 888 yuan, plus 15-percent service fee. He will also take an exclusive cooking class on May 18 for 250 yuan and oversee a 10-day celebration of Italian cuisine at Fratellifresh in the Renaissance Beijing Capital Hotel. The a la carte menu is available from May 11-22, except May 20.

Four Awards at Marriott Asia Pacific GM Conference 2011

The annual Marriott Asia Pacific GM Conference was held at the Renaissance Bangkok Ratchaprasong Hotel this year. The Beijing Marriott Hotel City Wall won both the Financial Excellence award and the award for Employee Engagement Excellence Most Improved at the meeting. At the same time two subjective awards for Sales Leadership and Mustang were announced by Javier Albar, General Manager of Beijing Marriott Hotel City Wall. “The awards recognize the tremendous efforts made by all associates,” said Albar.

The award-winning brunch at the Westin Beijing Chaoyang-Bubbalicious will turn pink again on Mother’s Day. As the third time the Westin Beijing is collaborating with the China Breast Cancer Foundation, the pink-themed brunch is aiming to enhance awareness of the“care for women” spirit and make a contribution to breast cancer prevention in China.
