导游欢迎词的中英文互译要领

导游在每次带团时最先要说到的就是欢迎词。欢迎辞是游客对导游人员产生“第一印象”的重要组成部分，是沟通感情、取得信任的第一步，也是展现一个导游人员知识素养、语言能力、风度气质、服务态度等总体水平的关键一步。欢迎词的主要内容应该包括向游客问好，代表旅行社向游客表示欢迎，向客人介绍司机和车牌号，自我介绍，简要介绍当地气候等情况，下榻饭店概况，游览活动安排，必要的卫生、饮食、安全、购物等注意事项以及其他必要的内容等等。

导游欢迎词从结构的角度划分，可以分为完整式和简略式两类：完整式开场白大致包括问候、寒暄、自我介绍、欢迎、良好祝愿、明确游览目的等内容。简略式开场白至少要有问候、明确游览目的两项。从游览过程的角度划分：有预设开场白和现场开场白两种。从表达的角度划分：有叙述式开场白和抒情式开场白两类。引人入胜的欢迎词就好比一首优美抒情音乐的 “序曲”，一场悬念迭生好戏的“序幕”一样给人留下良好的第一印象，让人倍感亲切，迅速缩短导游与游客的距离，使大家很快成为朋友，熟悉起来。

任何优秀的文章都有据可循，游览前的“欢迎词”，是介绍整体概况，这部分应为“虎头”，言词应富有激情，如行云流水，干净利落，使游客产生浓厚兴趣。那么好的欢迎词可以遵循什么样的要素呢？它包括五大欢迎词要素：

一、介绍人员，即介绍自己，介绍参加接待的领导、司机和所有人员。

二、表示欢迎，即代表接待社、组团社向客人表达欢迎之意。

三、表示态度，即愿意为大家热情服务、努力工作，确保大家满意。

四、预告节目，即介绍一下城市的概况和在当地将游览的节目。

五、预祝成功，即希望得到游客支持与合作，努力使游览获得成功，祝大家愉快、健康

例如导游欢迎词可以这样开场：

例一：

各位朋友：来杭州之前，您一定听说过“上有天堂，下有苏杭”这句名言吧！其实把杭州比喻成人间天堂，很大程度上是因为有了西湖。千百年来，西湖风景展现了经久不衰的魅力，她的风姿倩影令多少人一见钟情。就连唐朝大诗人白居易离开杭州时还念念不忘西湖：“未能抛得杭州去，一半勾留是此湖。”……朋友们，下面就随我一起从岳庙码头乘船去游览西湖。（钱钧《杭州西湖》）

各位游客朋友，大家好！欢迎各位来到风景秀美，气候宜人，美食成堆，美女如云，帅哥成林的历史文化名城长沙，俗话说的好：“百年修得同船渡，千年修得共枕眠”，现在流行的说法呢就是百年修得同车行，我们大家今天在同一辆车里可是百年才修来的缘分呐，小X真是深感荣幸啊，中国有句话说要活到老学到老，那么来到了长沙呢，首先我们也要学习一下三个代表。

第一：我谨代表长沙人民对各位远道而来的客人表示热烈的欢迎。

第二：我谨代表XX旅游公司全体员工欢迎大家参加本次快乐之旅，欢迎，欢迎，热烈欢迎。

第三个代表呢是我代表我本人和司机师傅做个简单的介绍……

欢迎辞通常多采用感情真挚、语气平和的表述方式，不温不火，娓娓道来。建议大家可以在介绍自己时，增加点亲切、幽默的东西。比如让团友们亲切的叫你小王，或王导。或者可以用猜谜、诗句等方式说出你的名字或姓，这样可以让气氛更活跃，让导游更快融入到集体中。还可以穿插些诗句或歌词，例如“有朋自远方来，不亦乐乎”（How happy we are，To meet friends from far away！）；“有缘千里来相会，无缘对面不相识”（As decreed by providence you have met him，otherwise you might have failed although you traveled a long way）；“一见如故”（feel like an old friends at first sight）；“一回生，二回熟”（First time strangers，second time friends）；“入乡随俗”（When in Rome do as the Romans do）；“百闻不如一见。”（Seeing is believing）等等，让导游欢迎词更有幽默和活力，和游客之间最快的融洽起来。
