Notes for Contributors

Global Reviewis a bilingual (Chinese and English) bimonthly in IR category, the first of the kind in China, published by SIIS and the co-publisher Shanghai Association of International Relations. We invite contributions submitted by Chinese as well as foreign scholars and practitioners that bearing on the subjects of building Chinese IR theories and policy proposals for China’s foreign strategy and foreign policy. A column “Overseas essays”is so designed to carry foreign experts’ articles in English or in Chinese.

Contributions should be analytical, original, theoretical, strategic, forward-looking and should not have been previously published or submitted for publication elsewhere. The journal carries each article of no more than10,000Chinese characters or6,000English words. Bilingual manuscripts are especially welcomed. Prospective authors should make sure that its first page contains the title of the article, authors' name(s), including institution, position, specialty and email address, an abstract of200words in English, and up to5keywords. They should submit manuscripts by email (gjzw01@sina.com, gjzw@siis.org.cn). The manuscripts can be handled at the will of the respective authors when notification of acceptance is absent in three months. We do not return manuscript. Authors after acceptance for publication will receive reward and two free copies.
