More than five decadesafter political liberation from colonialism, thefundamental civil and political human rightsenshrined in constitutions have carved outpolitical spaces for the continents populationand its future - the youth. Africas youth- defined as between the ages of 15 to 24 yearsold - currently comprise 65 percent of thecontinents overall population.
