Chinas biggest aluminum producer AluminumCorp. China Ltd. (Chalco) signed abinding agreement with the worlds secondlargest mining company, Rio Tinto, on July 29in Beijing. The agreement will establish a jointventure to develop and operate the Simandou ironore project in Guinea, Africa.
