This years summer in Henan Province hasbeen a scorcher. To help beat the heat thestudents at Xinminjie Middle School raisedmoney and bought air conditioners for theirclassrooms. The only hitch is that with all themoney now used up they cant afford to run theair conditioners, as the cost of electricity is toohigh.
