Ingredients
1 pig foot
200 grams soybeans
50 grams day-lily flowers
Seasoning
(A) 1 pinch salt, 2 tbsp. cooking wine
Methods
Rinse and cut the pig foot into chunks, then blanch. Clean the soybeans and soak them in water for about an hour. Soak the day-lily flowers in water and set them aside.
Stew all the ingredients in water until the pig foot and soybeans are soft and done. Add (A) and serve.
