Perfect practice makes perfect.

Be who you want to be. The world is out there so use it! We make our lives what they are by the choices we make, from what we eat to how we react to a situation. 的学习欲望) helps us make those choices.

For the Mind

Do something new—visit a museum, try different food, learn a new skill.

Read something every day—fiction (小说,虚构), biography (传记), articles, poetry (诗歌), newspaper.

For the Body

Eat breakfast—not only does it feed your brain it kick (踢,反抗,反冲) starts your metabolism (新陈代谢).

Exercise for at least half an hour every day—rollerblade (滑旱冰), dance, walk the dog.

For the Heart

Do something with a family member—go shopping, play in the park, go through old photos.

Put together a “feel-good” book—fill it with funny stories, jokes, favorite films, poems and books.

For the Soul

Watch a sunrise (日出) and sunset (日落).

Say sorry.

TRY

Write down all that you like doing and all that you would like to do. How can you incorporate (合并) these into your life?

Do five things a week that make you feel good—rearrange (重新整理) your room, help cook a meal, study well for a test or call a friend in need.
