On December 24, 2007, the first Member Congress ofChina Chamber of International Commerce (CCOIC)was held in the Great Hall of the People, Beijing China,which marked the successful turning point of CCOIC into anentity. Chinese Vice Premier Wu Yi has delivered keynotespeech at the congress. Gu Xiulian.
