The first measure Langfang took was to build a platform for the establishment of high-tech in-dustries. Taken the geography advantage of nearby Beijing and Tianjin, Langfang has established three provincial development zones, such as Langfang, Yanjiao, Bazhou, in the core belt of its north, central and south economic zones. Meanwhile, Langfang has established a Beijing-Tianjin Industrial Park between Beijing and Tianjin, by its advantages of the land, labor force and other production elements, to develop a systematic service in attracting hi-tech industries.
